Description:
We are a small family operated commercial and residential contracting frim. We thought that we would be able to build the capital for our company by staying busy. We have found that it is hard to profit when all we can do is one job at a time, and with with how the payment structure is in commercial work, money gets spent with monthly expenses and we find ourselves in tight places when we start projects. With this capital, we will be able to run multiple projects at a time to create the profit for our expansion.
