I live in southern vt, 20 min from Killington ski resort and 50 mil from Dartmouth collage in Hanover, NH Have a culinary degree from J&W in south Carolina, and love southern food and can see a authentic BBQ restaurant in the part of the country, now body dose it right and there is a big need for a good rib joint. And in the summer months, a huge demand for BBQ catering. Thoughts are low over head, 75% take out catering to the many blue collar workers, collage students, and price sensitive. Supporting local produce. And give the area something that is not currently available. Really could make a lot, have many years in the industry, running large hotels, and white table cloth restaurants. Have an ownership mentality but limited on capital.
