Description: We have an oil field with 5 wells These wells were shut down 10 years ago when oil was $12.00 per barrel. At $118.00 per barrel you may expect something in the vicinity of 200% per year return Records indicate 3 to 5 barrels per day at the time they were capped off. Industry projections are $250 to $500 per barrel by 2012 !!! A public company is the manager. They must report to the SEC and the IRS The income stream begins in 6 weeks and runs for 12 to 25 years , or so . Perform a complete " DUE DILIGENCE " The company owns leases that cover 200 proven winner OIL WELLS $3,000,000.00 uncaps all 200 and creates a $20,000,000.00 per year revenue RAYMOND LEASE PROJECT SUMMARY FIVE (5) OIL WELLS TO BE RE-COMPLETED & PRODUCED ONE (1) INJECTION WELL TO BE DRILLED ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA v Project Cost - $280,000 v Wells to be Re-completed – Five (5) v Injection Wells to be Drilled – One (1) v Production Tank Battery to be Installed v Lease Size – 50 Acres +/- v Time to Complete Project – 45 Days v Low Risk Re-completion Project v Proven Pay Zone Opportunity v Substantial Remaining Recoverable Reserves v Long Term Production Potential v First Right of Refusal on Future Development v Turnkey Project – No Cash Calls to the Investor v The Local Operator, will Plan, Oversee, and Manage all Project Work towards the Turnkey Project Development v 81.25% Net Revenue Interest Lease v Investor will receive 75% of the Project Working Interest which is equal to 60.94% Net Revenue Interest v Local Manager will Receive 25% of the Project Working Interest which is Equal to 20.31% Net Revenue Interest The Raymond lease is a " TOP SHELF " deal because it i s an old well with proven reserves. It was capped 10 years20ago when oil was $12.00 per (URL removed) it is time to bring the oil t o market. The income stream will probably continue for 25 years or more but we only base this on 10 to 12 years of 200% return per year . There are also tax advantages20to buying part of an oil well . The income stream begins in about 3 months after you come in . You may comfortably expect something like $20,000 per year from a $10,000.00 percentage ownership. The whole cost is $280,000.00 . We would see approximately $560,000.00 per year for 10 years 12 years , we really expect 20 to 30 years . If you decided to join us what percentage of the $280,000.00 is in your comfort zone ? $10,000.00 / $20,000.00 / $50,000.00 ? The managing partner is a PUBLIC COMPANY that must properly report to the SEC and the IRS . The LIONS share of profit is going to the investors . The steps for performing Due Diligence 1) access and contact information on corporate council ( you may have your attorney speak with council ) 2) all records for the wells in which you participate 3) method to check those lease ownership 4) references on the local operators 5) a contract to have your attorney look at 6) answers to all questions 7) ( if you request it ) further documentation in the form of a PPM ( Private Placement Memorandum ) You are part of a group of 119 people who have expressed an intereset in opening oil wells currently under management If we act as a group NOW and "KNOW " that we can open all 200 in the next 3 to 6 months , then we know the revenue will go from approximately $40,000.00 for the first quarter to approximately $16 000,000.00 through the end of the 3 rd quarter . The stock will then go from $0.30 to $??.?? . ( BIG UPWARDS MOVE ) Would you like to be part of a group , to assure that all 200 wells ( and then more ) get opened ? An opinion on the stock . The stock is currently around $.46 .( 46 cents ) . Based upon assets (ownership of leases for the "in ground oil " ) it should be around $3.00 now . As we open 200 wells ASAP, the revenue , times an industry multiple , we would probably have upwards pressure to around a $30.00 stock. The cost of simultaneously opening all 200 wells is approximately $3,000,000.00 and could be done in about 3 to 4 months Buying the stock now , before there is a large investor relations push to tell the world about assets and revenue , would be a big win . A group or an individual that knows they can invest $3,000,000.00 would be wise to buy the stock and then invest . We now have commitments to cover the Raymond lease . Several partners are arranging wire's for Friday and Monday The next group is a 14 well lease I will forward it in a few days for your consideration. JdH
