Small town coffee shop in a town that has none. I have 17 years in the food service industry to include all prep and point of sale transactions. Would like to buy green coffee and custom roast on site. Also would like to to do fresh baked goods and internet coffee sales. I have quite a few sources of experiance by way of relationships with local resteraunturs in the area. All is in the concept phase at this time and I believe I have the passion and the drive to run a successful business. I don't want to get so big I don't know my customer base like the big chains, I just want to do it right and make a decent living for myself and my family.
