My name is Jason Conley and my Uncle died last year without a will or trust. Before he died, he bought a home in San Jacinto, California, in a newly built community. This home is currently tied up in probate and I have nagotiated with Countrywide to consider to sell the house to me through a short sell. This home is 4 years old and is a turn key property. It is 115k square ft 3 bedroom 2 baths with a huge backyard and rv parking on the side of the house. I own several homes already and I know how to find good renters. I have actually already found a renter for this property but I need $18,500 to put down on home. That puts mortgage monthly at $1000.00 This includes principle, interest, insurance, and taxes. Rental comps pulled for the area shows I can get $1200.00 a month. The $18,500 loan will be on a ten year payback agreement @ 3% interest with no pre-payment penalty (this is $210.00 a month). Yes, I will be loosing ten dollars a month but I beleive it is worth it in long term. My Uncle was a Vietnam Veteran and an American (URL removed) was my Hereo. He wanted to keep this house in the family and by making this agreement you help me do just that.
