Hello, my name is Jason Ard and I am the owner of Branchline Brewing Company in San Antonio TX. We are currently seeking investors to help us grow and expand our brand throughout Texas. Branchline sold its first keg in 2013 and has not stopped expanding since. We currently have 6 brands in 12 oz and 16 oz cans and kegs with seasonal and specialty brands every quarter. We make a beer for the San Antonio Spurs called Silver & Black that is sold at the AT&T Center and throughout the city. We have also been approached by CBL one of the nations largest development firms to move our operation to their project at the historic Lone Star Brewery. We are currently looking to clean up our capital structure and get a cash infusion so that we can continue to grow. We are tired of adding meaningless investors and would much rather have a strategic group of partners that can help us now and into the future.
