Description: I plan to have an intensive in-home service for youth to help to community become more aware of mental disorders in children and how they can be prevented or controlled though Positive interventions and a healthy lifestyle. My team will own by me only with the help from my team. I have my A.S degree in human services as I’m a Qualified paraprofessional in mental health. I will work as one of the Behavior Technicians for my company to ensure qualify care is given. I have a office manager is responsible for maintaining the office by organizing the office procedures and operations, controlling correspondence, monitoring clerical (URL removed) is also responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting visitors and preparing presentations and reports. Ensuring that invoices are paid. Supervising and monitoring the work of the staff. They provide support an assist with emphasis on the full range of clerical duties including filing, typing, data entry, answering telephone calls along with helping other staff members to adequately fulfill their responsibilities. I will have another behavior technician that will work with children also. I will contract a clinician to do assessments and supervision to the staff. The purpose of home-based services is to provide comprehensive services to at-risk children, adolescents and families in order to stabilize the family and maintain the home environment, establish and work on treatment goals and facilitate the use of community resources by the family. We can help families with: • Aggressive and/or Acting Out Behaviors • Impulse Control • Symptoms of Anxiety and Depression • Symptoms of Trauma • School Issues • Family Relationships and Communication • Behavior Management • Anger Management and Conflict Resolution • Life Skills (communication, money management, time management, and social skills)
