Description:
We are located in the best location of Miami Beach FL on Alton Road. We have high class costumers at this area and high class neighbors such as Macaluso's Restaurant. Our rent is very affordable, huge parking lot enough space for everyone. Just invested $40.000 from our own savings but still need another $30.000 to open this business. It's only my mother and me and are very well known from clients and from our previous business in South Beach FL. Everbody likes to work with us because we work as a team and are like family. Constructor left us with work half done. Still need to pay plumbing, contruction work, mirror guys, elektricity and supplies. If we don't find anyone within 1-2 weeks we have to give up the keys to the landlord and will loose all our savings that we invested in this nice business. This location is very nice and will be successful once we have an invester that helps us.
