Next Level Investments, Inc. is a real estate investments company. We are looking to purchase foreclosed and preforeclosed homes, rehab them and then resell for a big profit. Next Level Investments, Inc. was conceived in 2009, when the housing market took a severe dive and the unemployment rate soared into double digits. I was impacted on both accounts, but I was determined not to give up. After flooding the market with my resume and getting rejection after rejection, I changed my thinking, humbled myself and openly discussed my situation with family members. Much to my surprise, many of my family members were rocking in the same boat that was steadily sinking.
We pulled our resources and were able to save our house in Chicago that we inherited from our grandparents. We witnessed the commitment and dedication our grandparents displayed as they built a home for their family and a home that we all at some point lived.
Built in 1950 we took the worse looking house on the block, rehabbed it into a 3 bedroom, 1.5 baths, finished basement and numerous upgrades that is now the envy of the neighborhood. The house was saved from foreclosure and continues to be a family asset generating a monthly income.
This was the springboard that propelled me to take my passion for real estate to the next level. Incorporated in 2012, NLI is now venturing into the New Jersey market.
As the CEO, I understand both the buyer and seller prospective of the industry. Like my grandparents I too am driven and motivated to grow this family business and to leave a legacy and a firm foundation for which the next generation may build.
