I am in the process of trying to secure a very unique property to start an upscale bed and breakfast and spa. This property is set up to encompass not only the business but our family would also live at the property while operating. The property is 13000 square feet with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, gym, fitness room, pool and hottub. There are also 4 suites/apartments and it sits on 3 acres of land. My previous experience is that of managing a 78 room hotel, as well I was the accountant for a 274 room hotel and I also have food and beverage management experience. I can also add my recent education in healthcare of Continuing Care Assistant. I have the experience, the dedication, contacts for staffing and the desire to succeed in this business, I am however lacking the funding.
