Our restaurant was established since 1994, we serve Louisiana Cuisine, both my husband and I are from Louisiana and have been serving the Ventura County area since 2004, the Cajun Cuisine is definitely an untapped market in this area. We have been operating by participating in the local events and festivals until we re-open our physical location again, We were open from 2008-2009 in downtown Oxnard, CA and closed the physical location due to the recession, however we never stopped operating and serving our customers. We will be reopening in the Ventura in Ventura County and will be seeking investors for startup, equipment, inventory and leasehold improvement capital.
