Travel World Cafe & Bistro will be open in March of 2009, construction on the unit is just about to start. I purchased a commericial property in a new plaza that is to be built starting October 2008. This is in a new residitial area were there is a vass majority of houses exisiting and also bieng built its also near schools an exsisting business. So there is market for potiential business alongside with the other tenants in the plaza. Travel the world will be unique and one of its kind it will be a cafe were people can come together and experience different parts of the world under this one roof. Desert from different parts of the world, coffee<s drinks and gourmet dishes. Friday nights will be local talent night for the young people in the neighbourhood and surrounding areas to showcase there talent. This will be held in an christian atomophere to promote together, young people will be encourage to go becasue it provides a safe environment to meet to socialize. I looking for and Angel invester or someone that can provide a loan in the amount of $450,000 to catch me vision and help me bring it to life.. I know that my will and determination and drive that this cafe will suceed. I just need someone who has faith to give me a hand with the finance. I'm looking for about $450,000 to get started the will cover the sale of the property and the construction plus equipment to get started. I,ve already put down $10,000 on the property.
