TTK Bakery had been around for over 100 years. My dad was trained by a woman by the name of Bessie Freed born in New York city. He started his career in the baking industry when he was only 13 years old. He left Freeds bakery at 14 & 1/2 to go bake at TTK. Bessie welcomed that idea with love and open arms. She knew that my father was a very talented and hard working individual. She saw his amazing talent. She never did see the height of my dad's success. I know she'd of been very proud. If it wasn't for her constant praise and belief in him, I don't think my dad would have had the confidence to buy and take over TTK Bakery. My dad has finally realized the time has come to open the doors. (I've been trying(for 7 years now) to get him to see that our dream can & will become a living testimony for others who have a (URL removed) dad agrees. There have been so many people over the years, who have asked me when will my dad reopen our business doors again!~ With my deep faith I believe someone in this world can help this burning desire become a reality.
