We install insulation in SFRs. The gas co and the electric co. each pay 35 cents per square foot (total of 70 cents) We charge 70 cents a square foot. When we offer to let them pay when the rebate comes our sales are over 20 per week, when we request money up front our sales drop to 8 per week. We need someone to invest (factor invoice) with our company. The gas company will allow the rebate to be assigned, the elec. co. doesn't but we have a contract to pay as soon as they receive. We don't have the capital to grow. Our average sale is $900. We are willing to pay 18% per anum (1.5% per month. We can receive 80% of invoice with payment minus fees when invoice is paid.
