The economy is experiencing a high number of lay offs and job terminations due to decreased business and facility closures. Unlike some recessions in the past, banking instability has caused concerns with in the insurance industry resulting in a slow down of investigated claims due to the freeze in lending. Individuals within the Insurance industry say they have already seen a 20% increase in claims yet they are unable to investigate these new claims due to both the insurance companies and their insured’s trying to lower costs. Once the bank industry stabilizes, the insurance industry will begin to aggressively investigate claims. Horsemen Inc. is a unique provider of Insurance fraud. Horsemen Inc. is a California based company that has specifically resisted partnering up with nationwide firms. We feel this growth is detrimental to the longevity of claims being investigated in California and the Western region. 2008 showed a push in smaller investigative firms being accumulated by bigger firms and the word on the street is this will resume once the banking industry stabilizes.
We at Horsemen Inc. believe the key to growth in the West is to continue to refrain from partnering with nationwide firms from the East and to continue growing the Western region. Horsemen’s exclusive Account Management program has provided long term growth in the industry with a proven 15 % growth annually in its 16 years of business. This past year our business plan has been to focus on increasing the profit margin of Horsemen Inc. to back up on paper what most already know, Horsemen, Inc. sets the bar on investigations, continued education, and in house employee integrity issues.
The infrastructure of the company is solid, and always improving, such as the implementation of Polonius software program (which is industry specific.)
