Description:
I am looking to open a sports bar. I have done a lot of research for what people want in the area, and we do not have it. There are small bars with tv set ups but nothing like what people want. I envision it as a sports bar and family atmosphere. Something like a Dave & Busters. A large arcade, good food, and then the sports bar area. There are 2 casinos opening the area, a college within 5-10 miles, and 3 massive school districts. Monroe county is the fastest growing count in PA. I have the vision, just need the backing.
