We are a small independent music labels. We have three artists under our record label. We have R&B and Jazz artists, currently. We have these artists signed and are looking to execute several distribution contracts. Furthermore, we do have contracts (availabe upon request). We need between 5,000 and 10,000, in order to pay the manufactures and distributors, who will execute the distribution contracts. In conclusion, we have everything in place, we just need capital. Once, we are incorporated, we can either offer stock in our company, our loans to shareholders. Of course, these loans will be paid back with the appropriate interest rates.
