I operate a home business in addition to my full time job, in order to utilize my experience, expertise, and work ethic, to assist small companies who may or may not have the funding to place a full time human resources person on their staff. I perform consulting, research, etc. Most of my clients are small local businesses or non profits. I also perform desktop publishing, graphic design, employee morale, and marketing functions.
