The Portage County Traumatic Brain Injury Clubhouse, Inc. is a non-profit service organization with the purpose of providing educational, social and emotional support to adults with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as well as their families and caregivers, who reside in the Portage County area. Based on the Clubhouse Model commonly used in Mental Health rehabilitation the Portage County TBI Clubhouse porvides a day program for adults with TBI who otherwise have no services. Additionally, we work toward the following goals:
1. Provide a place in Portage County where individuals with TBI and their families to gather for educational, social and emotional support;
2. Increase access to the community for Portage County residents with TBI;
3. Increase access to appropriate public services for
