After bar tending, promoting bands, booking bands, managing bands, business experience and entertainment relations I have a vision of opening my own bar/music venue in Wichita. For what I have planned the competition in town has nothing on what I would like to do. I am unhappy where I am working now because the owner doesn't pay me enough and takes all the profits. I have almost doubled his income in the past 6 months and this quarters sales are almost 3 times what they were last year and he still won't pay me very much at all. So little that I'm embarrassed to say how much. This place will be a mid sized show venue (for witch I have contacts all over the country) as well as a bar. It will be hip, visually stimulating and the target market will be the alternative crown. Wichita has a huge alternative crowd. The service will be friendly and no pressure, something that is lacking in all the places in town. I believe with my hard work, knowledge and dedication this place will be the hippest place in town. I have a business plan if you are interested and am also open to a name change. Thank you.
