I have an invention/idea that is currently in the patent searching/application and marketing stages and am confident of its broad marketability. As the patent and marketing stages are rather expensive, I am in search of venture capital to assist with these processes. In exchange I am offering a percentage in my company. My propsal states: If said investor invests a certain percentage of my start-up, then he will posess a clam to half that percentage in my company. (i.e. invest 50%, then own 25% of future stakes)
