My wife loves weddings and all the preparation and planning that goes into them. So, my wife Stephanie and I several years back decided to find that perfect piece of property to purchase, live on, erect and operate our first wedding venue. Two years ago we purchased 20 acres 4 miles West of Purcell, Oklahoma. We have started constructing our wedding barn, called High Chaparral Barn, and are approximately 60% complete. My budget to complete and start taking nonrefundable deposits is approximately $100,000.00.
