Our chefs will prepare both traditional and new flavors from their daily pick of fresh, local meats and vegetables complimented with delicious combinations of exotic herbs and spices.
My inspiration for Silk comes from wanting to be in a place where the environment is fun, upbeat, and friendly. Silk is about the moment when friends come together to have fun, exchange stories and enjoy life. I want this restaurant and the food to be the major topic of conversation; where everybody is at the table and sharing a wonderful meal together and tapas style dining is the way to do it!
