Description: We purchase houses for wholesale prices and sell them retail. We have a system similar to a conveyor belt, we purchase one house and place our workers on it while we locate and purchase the second house. When the workers are done with the first house we place it on the sale block and they start work on the second house while we locate and purchase the third house. When the first house sells we repay our loan and start looking for the fourth house then re use the money from the first house. The average house in this area sells for $225k - $250k. So we need enough money to purchase at least three houses at a time. We like to purchase average houses for wholesale prices then sell them to the average buyer for retail.
