Description:
I have been in business for 20 years, total of 30 years experience in high end residential construction. Would like to transition to investing in REO properties, short sales and commercial real estate for long term cash flow. Since my business is not in good financial shape because of the economy, I have no capital and my credit has been severely hurt but I have contacts in banking and real estate as well as my own research into these areas as well as my years of hands on experience in construction. I see great potential in the real estate markets in both residential and commercial and would like to get involved in investing as the rewards can be substantial as well as challenging.
