Conenergy is manufacturing and servicing Heat Energy Recovery System or HERS to meet the world demand for green energy. The HERS products create green energy that reduce the effect of climate change, and add thousands of sustainable jobs that in the long term, help to insure a robust economy. Not only households have a demand for HERS, the laundrymat services, public buildings, and others also. Households that have HERS can reduce utility bills, extra money can be spent on the economy. (If 100 million households have HERS in the US, billions can be spent on the economy.) The federal and state will fund 90% of HERS project and require the company must provide a minimum of 10% of the total project cost in the form of equity contributed after the company's written acceptance of the offer. Therefore, Conenergy is looking for the investor(s) who like to have 10% stake of the company. The total cost of project is 24 million, the investor(s) can have 10% stake or 2.4 million in equity.
