I am an LLC as sole owner and have started building a fine dining Italian restaurant with my husband who has over 15 years in the restaurant business, from ground floor up. I have taken a steak house and totally gutted the interior to turn it into a fine dining Italian restaurant. We are almost finished with the interior and ready to start some exterior work. I am looking for investors to help with the final stages of construction and some operating capital. Auburn Alabama has welcomed us with open arms, as there are no other restaurants quite like the one we are opening. All ingredients are fresh, and recipes are over 100 years old from my husband's Italian family. These recipes have proven successful in 7 other restaurant locations in the past 15 years, and we know they can be here as well. The other restaurants were given to an ex-wife, which is why we are starting from scratch. We have an excellent location on South College not far from the University or the Interstate. We also found the equipment. I secured a 5 year lease with 5 year option. Have negotiated a reduced rent, free advertising. And the goal is to create franchise opportunities, using the Auburn, Alabama as the flagship restaurant.
