We are looking for private funding for real estate purchases. We are looking to buy multi-family apartment properties in appreciating areas that are at or slightly below market value. We have excellent personal credit. The propertywe are seeking to purchase has excellent positive cash flows each month (have financial to view when requested). We hold our properties for three to five years, or until the market conditions are right for refinance to repay the venture capital. We will extend 10% ownership in the property, as well as, interest only payment until a designated future date is reached to buy back the 10% interest and pay back the initial amount borrowed.
