We are an innovative company, we have invented a secure client to scale small systems-on-chip devices securely and we have modified smart network interface drivers to achieve more efficient throughput. We have a risk management process to secure up to $7m dollars, we will work the investment to pay for marketing, sales, whitepaper studies and to plan for growth within the next 12 months. We have a relationship with a Fortune 100 company for hardware which we have heavily modified to get a leading-edge, they have backed us with hardware and will fund us 2nd round to $50m dollars for installing our solution in 200 locations. We are looking for a 1st round investor that is strategic in helping us drive a good valuation to prepare for the second round.
