Description:
I am looking for an investor for capital to purchase and set up a formerly very profitable marina in our local area. Former owner has retired due to health issues. I have met with local mayor and have gained his verbal support and assistance with liscencing. Marina has two fuel islands. Street side and on the water, more than ample retail sales floor, plus inside kitchen area for cafe style food offering and a great open -air dining area facing the water. This property has had many fishing tournements hosted in the past and bosts a very large parking area for approximately 100-150 trucks w/boats. With additional parking approved by the city at no cost. Marina has over 300' of water frontage and 150' of road frontage. It has two existing piers (apprx.60' length) with room for more and property along noth side that has a future option for purchase to expand. The Marina has been in the community for many years and is one of only 2 Marinas that offer fuel on the water within a 12 - 15 mile radius. The city is offering support but nothing in the way of capital. I have photos and other research materials prepaired for any potential investors as well as my credintials.
