We are a small company and the owner is the inventor/designer of two products. One is a patented wheelchair bridge, which allows the safe transfer from wheelchair to bed, and the other is an ultralight helicopter. The owner is wheelchair bound, and the bootstrap financing of the company has been done from his social security income. We are beyond help from friends and family, and need some angel investors to help with financing, as well as some help from professionals to develop the rest of our plans.
