Description: MCI Global Sourcing Solutions, a Tennessee based company, exists to work together with manufacturing companies from the transportation and metals industry and to identify products/parts that can no longer be economically purchased or produced in North America, and with the support of our approved suppliers, we then manage the sourcing, quality, and logistics of bringing these products to our customers; providing a true turn-key solution to sourcing in a Low Cost Country. To accomplish this task, we have assembled a team of American, Malaysian, and Ukrainian experts with backgrounds in Finance, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Business and Marketing, IT, and Logistics that live in the USA, Malaysia and the Ukraine to support our customers, investors, and suppliers. Additionally, we have offices in the USA, Malaysia, and the Ukraine with full time staff to assist our suppliers, manage projects, and provide real-time results to our customers. We will be able to keep future cost to a minimum and still provide higher than average returns by utilizing our proprietary sourcing model which involves purchasing raw ore and HMS 1, shipping this to our partner mills. The mill gives us metal credits (certificate of monies or materials owed) which we earn by providing more raw than we consume, allowing the manufacturing partner to obtain steel or aluminum for our projects at almost ½ the cost of they would typically pay. This allows us to quote the finished product at a greatly reduced cost to our end customer, while maintaining a higher than industry average profit. The additional advantages of sourcing product in Malaysia and the Ukraine is that both countries have an abundance of natural resources; Malaysia has oil, and rubber, and the Ukraine has natural gas, iron, aluminum, and zinc which we can use. We are utilizing our sourcing model, and business contacts to capitalize on the change in the American sourcing strategy and to increase our market share. Southeast Asia and the Ukraine are both still largely unexplored automotive manufacturing regions, however, there are 2 local Automobile companies, and other well-known automotive manufacturers, such as Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Nissan, BMW, and Mitsubishi that have recognized the low labor cost advantage that this region offers and have established plants in factories in this region to produce vehicles. With the established and stable economy, rich abundance of resources, strong work ethic, and the technical aptitude of the engineering teams, in the Ukraine and Southeast Asia this is win-win situation.
