Description:
Heart To Heart Enterprises which operates Heart To Heart transportation is looking to open Heart To Heart Thrift. We have the used clothes and furniture needed to open but do not have a place to operate from or the money needed to rent. A place is available at 911 Rice, St Paul. The price is $425,000 and consists of approx 7,000 sf plus a 3,000 sf basement. Product cost for our business will be a negative outlay. Realtors will pay us to take all furnishings from the reposessed homes they clean. At this time, agencies are paying as much as $500 to dispose of property. Instead, they can now rent a Uhaul and deliver to us. saving hundreds of dollars. All we need is a place to operate from, in the right location.
