Description: Premier Insurance is a small Commercial Insurance Consulting/Management Firm. We have been in business for 18 Months, and are profitable. We offer many services to our clientele. We offer traditional insurance brokerage services which yield solid returns in the form of commissions. Furthermore, we are paid annual management fee's for services that go beyond just placing lines of insurance with a carrier. We handle all of the day-to-day operations that come with insuring a successful business. Currently, we are designing proprietary insurance programs for specific classes of business. Programs, Captives, Self-Insured associations, etc. are all alternative risk solutions to help keep costs down. It is a growing sector of the insurance business, and with this portion of our portfolio being domiciled overseas, it is a great way to boost reocurring revenues for our business. We are asking for funding because these programs require capital to ensure success. We also are looking for capital to begin building our Real Estate portfolio. Through our insurance business, we have a substantial network of Real Estate investors as clients. We protect their entire schedule of property. We have begun to invest ourselves, and believe it is a great ancillary form of income that accompanies the insurance business. Along with the Real Estate business as an ancillary form of income, we plan to take our insurance business model online, and storefront/franchise. Our consumer focused "option" model online will take off. In fact, currently there is a business that is mirroring my design. You can see a close representation of my model online at (URL removed). They're model is also option based for the consumer. However, still requires a lot of research and additional "work" by the consumer. My model goes above and beyond for the consumer. As you can see, I am very excited about the opportunities that are ahead of us. However, I need a cash infusion to take this company to the next level. I have aspirations of my brand to be recognized nationwide. I am open to an equity based investment. Management/C-level additions to my business in order to reach my goals. I do not pretend to know it all. I know this description is verbose. I do apologize for it's length. However, I am VERY excited, and I know the right investor(s) can take this company to the moon!
