My wife and I retired in 2004 she from Edward Jones investments, and me from Food Lion, we took our 401k monies and invested it in our business. We started the business in 2005. I am a custom butcher, and have been for over 30 years. Butcher shops in the South not very common, but because we have so many Northern folks moving here, the butcher shop is a practical business.
