I am about to purchase a WISP in the Chicago area. I should need any money right away as it would be organically grown. I do however
need someone to commit emergency money in case any part of the main network goes down or if they would like to purchase 2 other WISP's and make a major run. 4% just for commitment and 39% if money is needed.
The sellers are also looking for someone to but the promissory note for 30 cents on the dollar. 120k for 4.5 years
