I foresee huge gains to be had right now in the real estate market. Here in Florida there are some 300,000+ homes for sale through foreclosure auctions, sheriff sales, Tax liens, and bankruptcies. The potential for these homes making money is great. The market is saturated and real estate brokers are still trying to get the highest profit. If we buy a house that is valued at 200,000 and get for say 79,000 then put 10,000 into it fixing it up and sell it for 150,000 then we have made 60,000 and because we are offering it lower the people looking at it will be greater. I have a house in my neighbor that just sold at an auction for $29,900 and the was valued at $158,700. This shows that the market here in Florida is prime for making money. I have the people ready to go just looking for the capital and a partner to start. Will offer great terms.
