My company developed a manual security device for converting public school classroom doors into quick-locking doors in the event of any threat, allowing schools to lockdown within seconds instead of minutes in the event of an incident. The device has been tested in schools in Texas and Colorado since 2001. I am interested in offering interest in my company for an investor to move forward in marketing and selling the device to schools. Manufacturing is in place, marketing program is in place, and now with an investment of $250,000 the Safe Schools Project sponsored by Polk International can begin marketing and selling to schools.
I am interested in an investor partner, or I would consider selling the patent rights to the device. The scope of the project in gross sales is over $800M.
