Description:
We are starting an entertainment night club (think house of blues) in Columbus OH on the East side where there is no competition. We have a club with 27,0000 square feet that has run its self as a country bar successfully for 27 years. We're looking to buy the assets and all the licenses and rehab the whole building to give it a "Rock N Roll atmosphere.
The building holds 1600 people; it has 14 bars and 3 stages. We will be holding national bands from jazz, rock, blues and sometimes pop. There is a full serve pizza shop with in the bar that serves and delivers pizza 7 days a week.
This is a sure money maker with commitments from top booking agencies with THE AGENCY and JAGERMEISTER who do booking for such bands as, 3 Days Grace, Disturbed, Korn, Nickelback and many more chart topin
