I am ready to take over an idle and fully equipped restaurant/pub in a very populated, built-up area with heavy traffic and countless major retail and hotel anchors. Using my 24 years of restaurant experience I have finished a precise itemized business plan in which every start-up cost and operating expense has been meticulously accounted for, thus allowing for either a handsome ROI for a serious investor, or a % of the monthly profit in perpetuity, or a combination of the two. Even while estimating less than the profit numbers of a neighboring unit that I also assisted in the creation and start-up of, an initial $90k investment can be comfortably returned in 12-14 months, at which point the investor can take the 50% ROI or 25% draw of the monthly gross in perpetuity. With my extensive background in the restaurant industry, and having assisted in the start-up of over a half dozen pubs and restaurants over the past 8 years in numerous markets, I have served in every capacity of management and hourly, both FOH and BOH. Also, having worked in several units in the immediate area, I am directly familiar with all area vendors and their pricing as well as a recognized figure in my own right.
