I have 20 years in the Emergency Medical field as a Paramedic,10 of wich as a supervisor for private company and 15 as a career fire fighter paramedic. 10 years of owning my own company that was sold for profit. Ambulance Companies in this area range between $325.00 (for BLS) and $4800.00 (ALS) transports paid by medicare with a 60-90 day pay cycle.
