Crispinos is a fresh deli concept including fresh salad bar, hot sandwiches, a variety of bottled beers, and a relaxed atmosphere. I have over 12 years in the industry most of them as general manager of a full service coporate store. I have recently been Director of Ops for Blimpie of San Antonio and believe it is time for me to bring my concept and experience to the market place. We will focus on freshly sliced meats, fresh bread and ingredients. We will offer a great salad bar and beers that enhance the flavors of the meats and cheeses. We will base our operations in the business areas of major cities to take care of the ever growning demand for delievery. We will focus on lunch business and drive the concept of order and take home for dinner. We want our customers to be able to order from us before they leave work and we will take it to their office for them to take home. We will start with normal hours of operation of 10:30am to 9 pm. With the idea to do breakfast once we are established. This will include quick on the go items as customers head to their office.
