Description:
Clean up land after the trees had been cut (logged). Mulching the underbrush of land, lots and woods. Tractor work (brush hogging pastures, disking land, re-seeding land with grass seeds)
I also want an investor to purchase lots of land. I would like to purchase land in good areas, log the timber off of it, clean up the land, fix land and seed with grass then block off lots of land to sell. All lots sold would have restrictions on type of house, sq footage of house and other restrictions on land.
