It is the main platform of warm fuzzies. the phrase is a message of hope. inspiration and encouragement that says no matter how far down ive gone , through mistakes i've made,, circumstances or situations imposed on me by others i will be victorious. Its a survivors battle cry. I also sell other messages that are inspirational, thought provoking and funny. i have shops with print on demand vendors such as spreadshirt, cafepress, shopify, and more, i am working on building my website (URL removed) . There is an interesting aspect to my business. Still I Rise is already on products from hundreds of companies , vendors and designers. yet i own the trademark. getting this company up and running is paramount to defend my brand in order to move forward with seeking licensing agreements from those who wish to use my mark. I have an Intellectual Property Attorney who is working on a contingency fee basis. As soon as courts are back to business as usual, he is filing an infringement claim. I am a dreamer, trying to start a business on a fixed income. I draw SSDI in the amount of 14,004 annually. I have taken every loan i can and maxed out my credit cards just trying to keep the business in good standings with the state of Ga. and Bartow co.
