With the downturn of the stock market and mortgage market, investors are pulling dollars out of the stock market at an alarming rate and looking for an opportunity to regain some of the money they have lost. While averse to risk, these investors are sitting on the sideline waiting for the right opportunity.
While we all know that the real estate market is saturated with great opportunities, financing those opportunities has proven difficult with the tightening of credit being offered. We show our clients how to buy real estate under a special tax code passed back in 1986. Internal Revenue Code 408 allows individuals to use their entire qualified retirement account value to purchase real estate. At present only 4% of Americans are aware that they can hold title to real estate with their qualified retirement plan. With our current focus in California, there exist in this marketplace over $1 Trillion in IRA accounts alone. With a dynamic marketing campaign, we are poised to dominate the few companies that provide a similar service. We actually provide an inventory of properties for investors to buy at an average of 80% of fair market value as determined by other recent comparable sold properties.
