Description:
Coolbreeze is a boat and jet ski rental operation that is located in Nokomis, FL. It only has one other competitor in the area and there skis are over 4 years old with stickers for fiberglass repair. The watercraft and boats are stored indoors everynight and washed in between every rental. All the units still look new. I am purchasing the dock and the racks that skis and boats are stored in. The marina has a fuel dock that I get fuel at dealer cost and charge customers retail. Right now the business averages $22k per month gross.
