United Southern Builders (“USB”) has been formed by experienced industry executives to build a leading, best-in-class homebuilding company with a differentiated “land-light” operating strategy.
USB is merging the homebuilding operations and senior management teams of two established private homebuilders in the Carolinas that are expecting to deliver over 1,290 homes with about $380 million in annual revenue and over $30 million in EBITDA in 2017 and 1,540 homes with about $450 million in annual revenue and over $40 million in EBITDA in 2018.
