I started my own business to recruit for Home Health, Hospice and Long-term care Companies across the country. I was very successful with the agency I recruited for since 2006 and I was the senior recruiter for my company in my niche. I decided just a few months ago that it was time to spread my wings and go on my own. I have been able to bring own new clients and starting the process of making placements. I have gotten to the point to where I need to hire an assistant to help with the growth.
