My daughter and I are looking to start up a Cafe/Sandwich shop in the eastern OH, Western PA area. I would like to introduce new menu items to the area that are not currently available such as authentic Cuban cuisine. I am of Cuban heritage and have authentic family recipes to authentic Cuban dishes, such as, Arroz con Pollo, Cuban Sandwiches, Cuban Roast Pork, Cuban style Black Bean Soup and many many more.
