We are a new startup pizzeria in a great location with fantastic food and we have run out of capitol to advertise. We opened about 3.5 months ago and are seeing a great response from customers about the food and word is speading but just not fast enough at this point. Sales are around 1000 per week and we need them to get to about 1500 per week to reach our break even, but would eventually like to see sales at or above 5000 per week.
We are a wholly owned LLC with two founding partners, I have 17 years exp. in pizza, and my partner has 15 years with the heath department.
We would appreciate anyone who would consider taking a risk with us, after all we have already done the hard part and gotten open, now we need to spread the word more effectively and raise sales.
